We act as a controller for account, billing, and analytics data. For project Content, we act as processor depending on product configuration and contractual terms (e.g., enterprise DPA).
A. Account & Billing Data. Name, email, account identifiers, team/org info, subscription plan, and payment details (processed by Paddle under their terms).
B. Service Usage & Device Data. IP address, device/OS/browser, app version, event timestamps, performance metrics, crash logs, referrers, general geolocation (derived from IP).
C. Project Content ("Content"). Inputs (e.g., code, files, prompts) and Outputs generated by the Service.
D. Communications. Support tickets, feedback, survey responses.
E. Integrations. If you connect third-party tools, we receive data necessary to enable the integration per their settings.
