By accessing or using Knowfun's website(s), applications, APIs, documentation, models, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If a separate written agreement (e.g., MSA) governs your use, it controls to the extent of any conflict.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for educational content creation.
You may provide inputs, data, files, prompts, or instructions ("Inputs") and receive outputs, recommendations, or other results ("Outputs"). Together, Inputs and Outputs are "Content." You are responsible for your Content and represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to process it to provide the Service.
By default, Knowfun will NOT use Content to train models.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your use case. You must evaluate and verify Outputs before relying on themβespecially for decisions in medical, legal or financial areas. You bear all risk from use of Outputs.

We may label features as beta, experimental, or early access; they are provided "as is," may change or discontinue, and may lack support.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm your use complies with applicable laws where you use the Service.
Provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
Some features require payment. You'll see pricing before purchase. Currency is in US dollars USD$.
We may change prices with prior notice through the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date indicates consent.
Payments may be processed by Paddle and are subject to their terms.
If you purchase a subscription, it auto-renews for the same term unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal via the cancellation path. Taxes/fees will be billed to your saved method.
Some features may be usage-metered or optional add-ons as described in your account/billing pages.
We may suspend or terminate for unpaid amounts and assess reasonable collection charges.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment.
We may collect and analyze technical usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Service; any disclosures will be aggregated/de-identified.
Optional third-party extensions or integrations are governed by their own terms. We make no warranties about third-party services.
We may send you service and promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing via the unsubscribe method via email: support@knowfun.io.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Effective date." Material changes will be reasonably notified. Continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access (e.g., for misuse, security, legal compliance, or non-payment).
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Keep your own backups of important Content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Knowfun and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims and costs arising from: (i) your misuse of the Service or Outputs; (ii) your violation of these Terms or law; or (iii) your Content infringing others' rights.
The Service and Outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or that issues will be corrected.
